RETURNS
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as store credit. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit.
Please note that returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have the original tags still intact. All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.
All items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged/defective due to a manufacturer's defect, a claim must be submitted to us within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by the postal carrier. Please email radlittlecrew@gmail.com with photos of the defect and your order number.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not currently offer return labels, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your order is placed it cannot be modified.
We are unable to refund original shipping charges.
Items not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged
- Items without the original tags and packaging
- Hats
- Items marked FINAL SALE (final sale items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.)
