We offer free shipping on all Domestic orders totaling $100 or more.
All orders ship within 3-5 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.
You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact radlittlecrew@gmail.com.
All orders are shipped with tracking information. We do not have any contacts or additional customer service support with USPS/UPS, so once your order leaves our studio - we have no control over shipping times/delays/etc. Once a package shows that it has been delivered, we are no longer responsible/liable for the package if it is stolen or damaged. However, if you need assistance to start a claim for any issues, please reach out and we would be happy to help assist you
